Just wanted to warn you guys to take steps to protect yourself against hackers and Ignition Casino. I pushed further and got in touch with a supervisor and pleaded my case and he agreed that the activity was indeed fraudulent but also refused to refund my bankroll because he said an email was sent to me a year and a half ago asking me to change my email address with them and I didn’t do it therefore the fraud is my responsibility. At first they told me that they wouldn’t refund the money because there was “no fraud detected” meaning that they believe that I lost the money. I have never played any of their casino games because I don’t gamble. The entire time (3 years) I’ve been on Ignition the ONLY game I have ever played is NL Holdem cash games. I contacted Ignition Casino customer support and notified them of the fraud expecting that they would put the money back into my account but they refuse to do so. On 11/17 at 7:40am my account was hacked and in the span of 10 minutes my entire $1430 poker bankroll was lost by someone playing blackjack and Cyberpunk City ( slots game). It’s my first post here and wanted to let you guys know what happened to me on ignition Casino.
